who has a lot to offer to you. Joe Duardo has become our in-house
nutritionist and bodybuilding expert. Joe Graduated Montclair State
University with a degree in Nutrition (Magna Cum Laude) and
finished a one year dietetic internship. Joe has worked at
Hackensack University Medical Center, New York Sports Club
and private health club facilities.
Joe currently works as a personal trainer and nutritionist with a
large clientele of fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders. Joe also has
competed in many bodybuilding competitions and won the heavy-
weight class at the Excalibur Bodybuilding show in 2006. With
this type of background you can trust you are getting a real diet plan
that with truly transform your figure. To go along with your diet and
